Isla Bastimentos:

Isla Bastimentos is one of the larger Islands in the Archipelago of Bocas del Toro. Old Bank is the main village of the island and has a very laidback vibe. It’s village path follows the coastline and it’s surrounded by colorful Houses and Buildings. You will find a few Restaurants along the Path through Old Bank.
From Old Bank you can reach Wizard Beach within a 30 – 45 Minutes easy jungle walk. Also located on Bastimentos is the famous Red Frog Beach, a long and wide Beach with a few good Restaurants & Bars. More activities on the Island are the Bat-Cave-Tour and the Canopy-Zip-Line-Tour.

Isla Carenero:

Isla Carenero is a small Island, close to Bocas Town. Because of it’s small size, the Island is perfect to visit for half-a-day and you will find from everything something on Isla Carenero. There is a path that follows the coastline half around the Island. The Path takes you through the tiny Village of Carenero, goes along Big Expats Villas before you go across the Island. At the other Side you find a Surfer-Beach and a calm Beach for swimming and chillin’. At the end of your Round around the Island you can enjoy your well deserved Drinks & Food at the famous Bibi’s Restaurant. Cheers!

Zapatilla Cays:

The absolut Highlight of the Archipelago is definitly the Zapatilla Cays. The two small Islands are located on the eastern side of Isla Bastimentos and have picture-book beaches with Turquoise water. Bring your snorkel-gear with you, the water usually is clear and you will have an amazing view of the under-water-world of the cays or walk around the secluded Island. A Caribbean Dream!
