Cancellation Policy

Overview
As we are a small Eco-Lodge, we have a strict Cancellation Policy. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully.

If you cancel 14 Days or more in advance, you will get back a 100% Refund*. 13 – 4 Days in advance you will get back a 50% Refund*. If cancelled later or for a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.  No allowances can be made to cover accommodation vacated before the end of the reservation or for meals not taken. We do advise taking out holiday insurance.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they reflect on the original payment method. In some countries, such as Brazil and India, it can take up to 2 months for the refund to arrive.
